The name says it all, Maryland ROOTS.

Cameron was born and raised in St. Mary's County and is the youngest of 4 children. After graduating from Leonardtown high school in 2014, she attended the College of Southern Maryland while working for her aunt's property management company, as well as a defense contractor at Pax River Naval Base. After completing her associate's degree in Business Administration at CSM, she proceeded to get her bachelor’s of science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College.

Cameron had a passion for lawn care and landscaping at a young age and would often mow friends' and families' yards as well as other landscaping tasks. It was not until working office jobs while attending college that she realized landscaping was not only her passion but would soon become her career. In 2016, she filed the LLC for Maryland Roots and decided to step away from her office jobs and focus not only on her bachelor's degree but also on growing a successful landscaping company, full time. Upon completion of her bachelor’s degree, Cameron began expanding Maryland Roots to provide the community with a trusted, quality and exceptional landscaping service.

Fast forward to the present day, the Maryland Roots LLC team maintains mainly commercial properties, technological parks, and HOA's in Southern Maryland. Not only providing professional property maintenance but landscaping and hardscaping services. Maryland Roots takes pride in providing our clients with the most professional and quality results using top-rated equipment on every project.

To give some perspective, in college, Cameron used to pull a lawnmower and small utility trailer around with her Jeep Wrangler to mow friends' and families’ grass because it was her passion to work outside. In 2021, Maryland Roots LLC was voted the #1 Landscaping and Lawn Care company in St. Mary's County and in 2022 was voted the "Best of the Best" in the tri-county area. These were both consumer-voted through the annual Southern Maryland Newspapers “Reader Approved” campaign. Cameron's passion for business and high standard of professionalism is what drives her and her team to provide you with exceptional service and results every time.
